Golf courses in this itinerary

Kingsbarns

Kingsbarns Golf Links, located just seven miles from St Andrews, is one of the world’s most celebrated links courses. Designed by Kyle Phillips and opened in 2000, it seamlessly blends classic links traditions with modern playability. The course stretches along 1.8 miles of stunning North Sea coastline, offering breath-taking ocean views from every hole

Carnoustie

Often referred to as “Car-nasty,” this historic links course has hosted The Open Championship multiple times, with its demanding layout pushing even the best players to their limits. The course’s origins date back to the 16th century, but its modern design was shaped by Old Tom Morris, James Braid, and later refinements that have cemented its reputation as one of the toughest links in Scotland.

St Andrews Old/New

We will enter you to the daily ballot for a chance to play the legendary Old Course at St Andrews—the Home of Golf. With origins dating back over 600 years, it’s the most iconic course in the world, where every hole is steeped in history.. If you miss out, the New Course, laid out by Old Tom Morris in 1895, is the oldest "new" courses in the world and offers a classic, challenging St Andrews links experience.

Prestwick Golf Club

Prestwick Golf Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf clubs in the world. Established in 1851, it holds a special place in golfing history as the birthplace of The Open Championship, hosting the first 24 tournaments between 1860 and 1925. The course itself is a traditional links layout, with rugged dunes, deep bunkers and plenty of blind shots.

Turnberry (Ailsa)

Turnberry’s Ailsa Course is a legendary links masterpiece on the Ayrshire coast, renowned for its dramatic coastal views, strategic design, and rich history. It has hosted four Open Championships, including the iconic 1977 "Duel in the Sun" between Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus and ranks among the world's top 10 golf courses.

Royal Troon Golf Club

Royal Troon Golf Club is one of Scotland's most famous golf courses. Established in 1878, it has a rich history and is renowned for hosting multiple Open Championships. The 8th hole, known as "The Postage Stamp," is one of the most iconic and toughest holes in golf, despite being only 123 yards long.
