Seapoint Golf Links

Dublin

Seapoint Golf Links, located in Termonfeckin, County Louth, is a premier Irish links course offering a challenging and scenic golfing experience.

Designed by Ryder Cup vice-captain Des Smyth and Declan Branigan, the course opened in 1993 and has since matured into one of Ireland’s finest links courses. Stretching over 7,100 yards from the back tees, the par-72 layout winds through 260 acres of unspoiled, rugged links land, featuring crisp fairways, imaginative bunkering, and firm greens.

The course begins with holes that have a parkland feel, bordered by mature trees and incorporating water hazards on several of the opening holes. As players progress, the terrain transitions into classic links land, culminating in a thrilling finish along the Irish Sea. The closing stretch, particularly holes 14 through 18, offers exceptional views and a true test of skill, with the 18th hole being a memorable par-5 that runs alongside the beach.

Seapoint has hosted prestigious tournaments, including European Tour and Irish PGA events, as well as the Irish Amateur Championship. With recent investments in course and clubhouse upgrades, Seapoint Golf Links continues to provide an elite experience for golfers seeking the authentic charm of Irish links golf.
